What we are building

FlirtLabz began with live chat: adults choosing a nickname, joining a channel, and talking in real time. That still shapes the place. There is no follower count deciding who matters and no feed deciding which message gets seen.

The community now has several layers. IRC rooms handle live conversation. The forum gives longer discussions a durable home. The Knowledge Hub holds community news, practical connection guides, and published writing. The gallery organises member images into albums. They use one community identity rather than pretending to be four unrelated products.

Some rooms are social, some are queer-focused, and some contain explicit adult material. Their purposes are kept distinct so a visitor can make an informed choice. The room directory explains those differences before the webchat opens.

Identity-based harassment is against the network rules. Members can take it to #report, where a moderator can review nicknames, timing, and the surrounding conversation.

Volunteer moderators enforce the network rules and review reports. They may use technical controls and automation, but decisions about behaviour require context. Reports are more useful when they include the nickname involved, an approximate time, the room, and a clear account of what happened.

#report is for conduct and safety issues. #SupportHub is for connection problems, nickname registration, and other IRC questions.

Community-operated

FlirtLabz is maintained by volunteers and chat access has no premium room tier. That changes the work: attention goes to running the network, improving the webchat, documenting IRC, and handling community problems rather than tuning an engagement feed.

Free access is not the same as consequence-free access. The Terms apply across chat and community services, and moderation can restrict people who cross those boundaries.
