#SupportHub — IRC and account help from the community

Ask about connecting, clients, channels, registered nicknames, or the FlirtLabz site through IRC, Discord, or email. Support is volunteer-run, so replies are not guaranteed to be immediate.

Pick the route that fits the question

Discord is useful when you need to keep a troubleshooting thread open: discord.gg/VeT28CWCpq. IRC is best when you are already connected and can describe the client or error in front of you.

Once you're in, head to the appropriate channel for your issue:

ChannelPurposeBest for
🛠️ #supporthubGeneral support and technical helpAsking questions, resolving issues
💡 #server-suggestionsFeature requests and community feedbackSuggesting new features or rooms
🐞 #bugreportsReporting bugs and technical problemsDetailed bug reports with steps to reproduce

IRC and Discord share the support room

#SupportHub is bridged with Discord. Messages can cross between the two services, although formatting, mentions, and attachments may not look identical.

  • Connect to the FlirtLabz IRC server using our webchat or an IRC client
  • Join the #SupportHub channel
  • Your messages appear in Discord's #supporthub channel and vice versa
  • Volunteers can reply from either platform when they are available

Do not paste passwords, verification codes, private keys, or full connection logs containing personal data into the public channel.

Email for private or detailed issues

For more complex issues, privacy-sensitive matters, or when you need to share detailed information, reach us at: support@flirtlabz.com

  • Use email for complex technical issues requiring detailed troubleshooting
  • Account or privacy-related concerns
  • Issues you'd prefer to discuss privately
  • When you need to attach files or logs

Email is also the fallback when you cannot connect to either IRC or Discord. Because the team is volunteer-run, no fixed response time is promised.

Suggestions and reproducible bug reports

Put feature ideas in the suggestions channel. For a bug, say what page or client you used, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help when they do not expose private information.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the fastest way to get support?

Use whichever of IRC or Discord you can access and provide a specific description. Response speed depends on volunteer availability.

Can I get support on IRC?

Yes. Our IRC #supporthub channel is bridged with Discord, so you'll receive the same level of support either way.

How long does email support take?

There is no guaranteed response window. IRC or Discord may be quicker when a volunteer is present.

Is support handled by volunteers?

Yes. Community volunteers answer support questions when one is available.

How do I join the Discord server?

Go to discord.gg/VeT28CWCpq and follow the prompts.

Can I suggest a new feature?

Absolutely. Use the #server-suggestions channel on Discord or IRC, or email us. We read and review every suggestion.

What should I include in a bug report?

Include steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots or logs are helpful when shared via Discord or email.

Is my data private when I contact support?

Share only what is needed. Access is limited for operational purposes, but email should not be treated as legally confidential. See the Privacy Notice.
