FlirtLabz Community Guidelines & Terms of Service

Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to all platforms hosted, operated, or utilized by FlirtLabz, including but not limited to the Discord Server, IRC Network, Webchat, and associated web applications. Continuous use of any FlirtLabz service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Strictly 18+ Only & Age Verification

FlirtLabz is strictly an adult-only community. Access by minors is prohibited.

• Verification Rights: Staff reserves the right to request official, valid age verification documentation at any time.
• Zero Tolerance: Failure to provide verifiable age documentation immediately upon prompt will result in a permanent ban.
• Access Control: Permitting a minor to access any FlirtLabz platform via your personal account, active session, or physical device is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate ban.
• Appeals: To appeal an age-related ban, a formal identity and age verification process must be fully completed through designated private support channels.

2. Respect, Absolute Consent, & Boundaries

We are an inclusive community built on mutual respect and personal dignity. Harassment of any kind toward members or staff will not be tolerated.

• Absolute Consent: Consent is non-negotiable. If another user says "No," says "Stop," or indicates discomfort, you must respect their boundaries immediately. Pushing, pressuring, or ignoring an explicit boundary is considered harassment.
• Media Consent: Sending unsolicited explicit media is prohibited. Never send adult media to anyone without first obtaining their explicit consent.
• No Harassment: Treat all users with dignity. Targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, or persistent unwanted attention will result in immediate disciplinary action.
• Kink and Fetish Limitations: Ageplay, incest, and beastplay are completely taboo. These topics are strictly prohibited and are never allowed to be openly advertised, discussed, or roleplayed in public channels.

3. Authenticity & Anti-Deception

Be real and be yourself. Outside of explicit, mutually agreed roleplay contexts within designated channels, pretending to be someone you are not to deceive others is prohibited.

• Identity Falsification: Registering with a false age, false gender, or using another person's likeness or identity constitutes malicious deception.
• Agefishing & Catfishing: Both agefishing (falsifying your age, even if you are over 18 but pretending to be a different adult age) and catfishing are strictly forbidden.

4. Media Restrictions & Privacy Protection

To safeguard personal privacy and ensure non-consensual media is kept off our platforms, strict media distribution rules apply.

• Media Ownership: You may only upload, stream, or share photos, videos, and media of yourself.
• Privacy Protection: Sharing images, videos, or streams of any other individual, including partners, spouses, family members, friends, or acquaintances, is prohibited.
• Zero Tolerance Violations: Posting explicit material depicting another person without their verifiable consent, including revenge porn or AI-generated lookalikes (deepfakes), is strictly illegal. This will result in an immediate, permanent ban and immediate referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Downloading, saving, copying, clipping any video, stream or photos is prohibited.

5. Zero Tolerance for Abuse & Hate Speech

Abusive behavior intended to inflict emotional, psychological, or mental harm will result in immediate removal from the platform.

• Hate Speech & Discrimination: Any speech, slur, or behavior that attacks, demeans, or discriminates against individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age is strictly banned.
• Shaming & Targeted Attacks: Body shaming, kink shaming, or targeted harassment campaigns against any individual, group, or FlirtLabz staff member are forbidden.
• Self-Harm: Encouraging, glorifying, or depicting self-harm, suicide, or substance abuse is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Content, Scams, & Commercial Solicitation

FlirtLabz values user anonymity, but operates strictly under local, national, and international laws.

• Illegal Activity: Discussions, organization, or promotion of illegal subjects, criminal acts, or illicit substances are banned.
• No Commercial Solicitation: FlirtLabz is a social platform, not a marketplace. Selling personal content (including premium photo/video access, OnlyFans links, or private clubs), products, or services is forbidden. Soliciting money, tips, or donations in public channels is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud & Cybersecurity: Sending deceptive links, phishing sites, malware, IP grabbers, or engaging in payment/chargeback fraud will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal escalation.

7. Chat, Spam, & Language Policy

To ensure our international community can interact safely, clearly, and enjoyably, the following rules apply to all text interactions:

• Language: English is the only language permitted in official, public channels unless a channel is explicitly marked otherwise (for example, #WorldLabz). Users are completely free to utilize any language of their choice within private channels.
• Spam & Flooding: Flooding the chat or posting repetitive, automated, or copy-pasted text ("slop") is restricted to a maximum of once every 7 minutes.
• Off-Platform Handles: To protect users from off-platform scams, financial exploitation, and external safety risks, sharing personal social media handles or external communication links (including but not limited to Snapchat, Kik, Telegram, and Discord links) is strictly prohibited in official public channels.

8. Account & Connection Rules

• Multiple Connections: You may not log in or connect using multiple simultaneous sessions or connections. While you are permitted to register multiple nicknames, we strongly encourage using a single primary account to prevent confusion and avoid misleading other users.
• Channel Rules: Individual rooms (across both IRC and Discord) may have topic-specific sub-rules to keep content organized. You must follow these channel-specific guidelines at all times.

9. Enforcement, Reports, & Appeals

• Staff Discretion: These guidelines serve as a general framework, but FlirtLabz Staff reserves final discretion to evaluate, interpret, and make definitive decisions on all community matters.
• Reporting Violations: Report violations or seek assistance via the #report channel on IRC or by opening a support ticket in the report-here channel on Discord. Providing unedited screenshots and objective evidence significantly speeds up our review process.
• Appeals: If you disagree with a staff decision, you must appeal your case privately via the proper support channels. Permanent ban appeals must be emailed to appeal@FlirtLabz.com. Publicly stirring drama, fanning flames, or inciting dissent regarding moderation actions will not be tolerated and will result in further penalties.
• Ban Evasion: Any attempt to circumvent an administrative restriction (including mutes, kicks, or temporary/permanent bans) via alt accounts, VPNs, or proxy connections will result in immediate, compounding penalties across all your channels and connections.

10. General Acknowledgment, Disclaimer, & Legal Terms

• Ignorance is No Excuse: Pleading ignorance of these rules does not excuse or pardon prohibited behavior.
• Limitation of Liability: This platform, its owners, and its staff team are not responsible or liable for any user-generated content, links, media, or opinions shared by individual members. Views expressed by users do not reflect the views of the server administration.
• Right of Refusal: Your access to this community is a privilege, not a right. Staff reserves the full right to restrict your access, mute, kick, or ban you at any time for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.
• Platform Terms Compliance: You agree to fully comply with the overarching Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of the host platform you are using (for example, the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines). Any violation of host platform rules will result in immediate removal from FlirtLabz and a direct report to the respective platform's Trust & Safety team.
• Policy Changes: These guidelines are subject to continuous review and may change at any time, with or without prior notice. Continuous use of the platform after updates are made constitutes full and binding acceptance of the revised terms.
