Why we're asking
FlirtLabz is built by the community, for the community. We're volunteer-run and non-profit, which means our roadmap isn't driven by investors or advertisers — it's driven by you. If something isn't working, we want to know. If you have an idea, we want to hear it.
What we want to know

- What frustrates you or could work better?
- Are there rooms or features you'd love to see added?
- How do you feel about the current moderation and community atmosphere?

How to share your feedback
- Discord — Head to discord.gg/flirtlabz and drop your thoughts in our suggestions channel.
- In chat — Join #SupportHub on the IRC and speak to a member of staff directly.
- Anonymous report — Use #report in chat and we'll treat it as a feedback submission.
What happens with your feedback
We collect all suggestions and review them as a team. Popular ideas get discussed openly in our staff channels and on Discord. We'll post updates in future blog entries about what's being worked on based on community input.
